Good experience

We had a very good experience with the Car Club. Sales person “Monty “ was very helpful. He explained all the points and answered very silly questions as well.

Communicative and reliable. Also provided delivery to my home address which was much appreciated. The car was as pictured and all was in order.

Recently, I just bought a car from cars club Mr junaid(jay)who served me was very friendly, knows what he's talking about & excellent customer service. Nissan Pulsar which I bought is an absolute value for money, a big thank you Mr junaid keep up your good work, I strongly recommend cars club to be considered if you are planning to buy a car.

Customer service was great and welcoming with Friendly greeting, active listening, fantastic problem solving approach, clear explanation and effective communication. The purchased vehicle was in great condition and as described.

Excellent dealers with very good communications

Excellent service. I was after a specific model for insurance reasons and found one with Cars Club Traders. I was not able to view the car in person but they provided a video and provided good pictures of any defects (there were really very few). They arranged next-day delivery for a reasonable fee with a straightforward transaction. Helpful and courteous delivery driver. The car was exactly as advertised in very clean condition. They followed up with a phone call a couple of weeks later to check that all was OK. Very happy with the service offered.

Amazing!!

These guys were absolutely amazing. From start to finish they couldn’t do enough for me. They are based in London & I’m in Leicester so I couldn’t get down there to look at the car personally so they video-called me & shown me around the car and every little detail I couldn’t have asked for more from that call. I obviously had the car & wanted it delivered which they did. The car is perfect. They kept me updated with everything. They also said if they got it with the car & I didn’t like it they would give me back my deposit which I thought was good of them. I can’t recommend them enough.

Very good at replying immediately in all of my questions and I was able to pick up the car in less than two hours.

The team was incredibly patient and helpful, they helped me make the correct decision, I needed a small car max 1.2. I got a really nice car and the warranty I got provided me with peace of mind after purchasing (in case of anything after purchase for a specified time). When my car needs replacing, I will most certainly return to them.
